App not reseting password, with new email

Hello. One of my scouts had her email hacked and closed. She can not reset password. We cannot get our 2 man council to help. They are out of office. Could someone reset, or direct me… thank you

@MariaToro I would try them using the BOT at my.scouting.org - they can go in and just Type “Forgot password”

@MariaToro has the email been changed to a new good email?

@MariaToro a Key 3 should log into my.scouting.org > go to Unit > Roster > Change the email there - also check and change the email in scoutbook.scouting.org first
