Parent has new email and can’t login to scoutbook

I have a parent that cant access scoutbook because all there info has changed due to changing phone carriers he didn’t have any of his logging credentials for Scoutbook and can’t reset anything because he doesn’t know security questions and his email has also changed. He’s getting an email to contact council but hasn’t had any luck get a response.

@KellaSwift have them go to > at bottom right click this

It is a robot to get them past the questions - they can type Forgot Password

or council can help
