Scouts email not working

I have a scout who no longer has access to the email address associated with his Scoutbook account and doesn’t remember the password he had set. What direction can I give him and his parents to get his Scoutbook account moved over to his new email address?

I have a scout who no longer has access to the email address associated with his Scoutbook account and doesn’t remember the password he had set. What direction can I give him and his parents to get his Scoutbook account moved over to his new email address?

I have two scouts who’s email are no longer working. Both can not sign in nor can they recreate another account. Both need access to training. Tried deleting and recreating to no avail. Please help . Ty

@JacquelineWillett Your local council can reset the passwords and update the e-mails.
