We have a Scout who does not remember his Scoutbook password and has lost access to the email account he had been using.
Is it possible to reset the email associated with the account? Perhaps remove it entirely and have the parent re-enable?
A unit admin should be able to change the e-mail address on the Scout’s Edit Profile page. After that Forgot Password should send the request to the new address.
