Update email address and password reset

I have a parent who changed internet providers and lost the use of his email address while also forgot his login password. When I login to scoutbook it doesn’t let me update his email address.

BSA Member ID#127820395
User ID#2066072
I have his new email but I don’t want to share it in the forum.

@DouglasDickmeyer the user can log in with their my.scouting.org credentials and change the email? Only council can change that password if lost. Then user can change the email - though they have not logged in in 4 years

Ok I will reach out to council. They did forget their login password so they can’t update their email.
