I am attempting to remove the completed date on an Eagle palm that was updated incorrectly. I remove the date and hit save and it redirect me to the Error page. Is there something else or another way that I should be doing this?
@TimothyHamilton did you unapprove and save it first? What is the Member ID (no name) and we can also look at it.
Yes the ones that were entered incorrectly have had the approved check removed, saved and still have the completed date set w/a green check. I even logged out of scout book then back in to see if it was a cache/session issue.

@TimothyHamilton what do you think is wrong - they are using the Eagle BOR date which is correct - Scout only has 3 MBs after that date. What date do you think it should be?
@TimothyHamilton - the palms are immediate recognition so the earned date is the EBoR
Eagle Palm Pin #6 has a date of completion that should probably be 2/11/2025. Is that what you are referring to?
The others should have a date of completion of 12/19/2024.
Yeah it is like the Palm is taking the approved date not the Earned date
So instead of what I thought this issue was going to be about, it is more of an exercise of understanding the requirements. You are right I entered in the wrong date on the last Palm And will update it to 2/11/25 And approve the others from the scout’s ebor date. Thank you both for your help.
