All requirements have been checked off, but I get a “whoops” error when trying to enter a date earned for Palm #4. I have tried multiple dates and different computers over the past few weeks with no luck. Other people in the organization has tried as well and get the same error.

Definitely a “Whoops” and the rank is showing 100% complete. I can’t get Scoutbook to accept a date earned.
what date are you using?
The date is 7/22/24. I even tried today’s date to make sure it meets the time requirement.
can you try in an incognito window?

@JuliaBundy first guess looking at your unit it is so large - I would go to Roster and run Clean Old Connections

in SB Connections slow everything down - and a whoops is a simple time out usually
Sorry, but getting the same error. I cleaned the connections and I was able to navigate a little faster though!
I was able to get the council to update it for me, but that doesn’t really whatever the issue is.
@JuliaBundy where you trying to just enter a completion date? or the reqs?
The completion date to mark leader approved. The requirements were 100% signed off.
I reportred a similar problem about a month ago. I have a scout who earned muntiple palms when he passed is Eagle BOR. Scoutbook will not allow all of them to be entered. He earned 10, Scoutbook shows he earned #1 and #7 but not #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #8, #9 or #10. He has now earned another palm, #11, but because the earlier palms are not recorded properly, the next palm can’t be recorded.
What is the Scout’s BSA Member ID (no names)
135108373 is the BSA id for scout with 10 palms, but not shown in Scoutbook. All 10 were earned on 10/26/2023 at Eagle BOR
