How do I remove scouts and scouters that did not renew for 2025 from the troop roster in the calendar? They continue to get event invites for upcoming events even though they are no longer members of the troop.
@CarrieZambrana - i would suggest ending the youth membership and the adult positions in scoutbook classic. You can also remove them from the event invitees.
They should drop off automatically once they exceed the 3 month grace period.
