When I log onto SB+ as advancement coordinator there are no boys in the roster. The girls troop has a roster. Usually if I log in first to Legacy (which I like SO much better), then click on a kid, I can see their advancement in SB+, but never if I start with a log in to SB+. Ideas?
@RebeccaForman
Try resetting the filter on the roster page in SB+
I am having the exact same issue– no boys displaying in my roster; the girls’ troop roster displays as usual. I have tried changing filters, reloading…none of it works.
Try an incognito window
Ditto; Incognito did allow me access, and another Unit Scouter Reserve could see roster. Legacy Scoutbook showed full roster.
Ironically, I could see entire roster for the Boys (Unit Scouter Admin), but not for my girls (have 2 roles). Chrome Version 141.0.7390.77 (Official Build) (arm64) on a Mac, if that helps.
@Lithigin if incognito worked - then that means it is a cache issue - clear the cache
Same here no boys on roster.
@ErinBrown - you cleared the cache specifically for scouting.org sites ?
Well it is clear cache for scouting.org - BUT also have all scouting.org windows closed .
Best to open the browser to its default start page then clear the cache and cookies.
What browser are you seeing this on?
Got to Roster Filter - Top Right - and click Reset Filters
I had the same issue and it was fixed after I hit the red “Reset Filters” button that displays after pressing the “Show: Filtered” button on far right of the gray title bar near in the Roster.
I just had the same problem. Our pack’s roster on Scoutbook Plus was empty, though our roster on my.scouting showed the Cubs. Using “Reset Filters” worked, but I’m concerned that many Scouters won’t know to do this. Using Windows 11, Firefox 44.0.2 .
Reset Filters did it for me; thank you!
