My unit roster for the boys is not showing up. I am not able to clear the filter or click any buttons to view the full roster. When I switch over to the girls roster I can view that just fine.
All I get when I try to view the boys roster is the icon spinning in the middle of the page like it is trying to refresh but never does.
I am on a Windows PC windows 11 on chrome in cognito.

@SteveChase - is this in my.scouting.org or advancements.scouting.org ? Your registered position in the boys troop ?
@SteveChase the spinning sounds like cache - try an incognito window
Yes I have tried incognito window. Also just tried to view on mobile and still getting the spinning circle.
I’m using advacements.scouting.org page. I’m registered as ASM and Advancements Chair.
@SteveChase - i was not sure as you did not state and you posted in the my.scouting thread. An ASM has no default permissions in the unit. The UAC role is generally a committee position.
@SteveChase pretty sure it is something on your side - I can setup a screenshare to take a look if you want

Hi Steve,
Your council has recently uploaded a new list of council-approved merit badge counselors. That list does not include your name or other information which allows Scoutbook to determine that you are an approved merit badge counselor. This could be for any number of reasons, including different spellings of names.
At this time Scoutbook is no longer listing you as a merit badge counselor. If you feel that you have received this email in error, please contact your local service center. Once your status is updated by the council, your status will also be updated in Scoutbook.
@SteveChase do you still get the odd URL clicking the M Troop?
No. The url is pointing back to the roster like the G troop.
@SteveChase I tried one more thing check after 4:30 CST PM today
