I can see our Crossovers on the Scoutbook Legacy roster and the my.scouting.org roster but not on the Scoutbook Plus roster. If I try to enter advancement in Scoutbook Legacy I am brought to the Crossovers profile in Scoutbook Plus and I can enter and approve advancement like any other Scout. I then click on the “return to roster” link and I see the roster, but the Crossover is not on it. Is there something I am missing when we transferred the Crossovers? Thank you,
I would try resetting the filters for the roster under the drop-down menu arrow in the upper right corner above the roster:
ETA: I would avoid going in classic SB for most everything at this point (largely because it’s easy to foul things that are hard to un-foul like patrol assignments/memberships causing scouts to disappear and requiring outside assistance to force a sync from the official roster). The main exception being assigning MBCs and for MBCs themselves to mark things Counselor Approved (both of which will eventually be migrated over to SB+).
Touching both Legacy and SB+ can be problematic with memberships. This is often a cache issue as well.
