  1. RSVP functionality is hard to find. Infrequent users of the app will not know how to RSVP.

  2. You can only RSVP for your scout through the app. Ideally, you should be able to RSVP for scout and both parents through the app when logged in as any one of them.

This app would become an instant hit if it were to offer notification based single button press event RSVPs that don’t require login. The biggest barrier to getting families to RSVP is requiring a login. They are too lazy to log in.
