RSVP Report broken

  1. It adds a bunch of fake groups called “Patrol Scouts” to the groups list.
  2. pdf cannot be formatted for printing, because columns are narrow/multi-line
  3. “The user does not have sufficient permissions to include all respondents.” warning is applied, even for a admin

Wishlist: Pleasse default the selection to ‘Yes’ only when launching the report.

This report is VERY important. It needs to be printed out for every outing, so that the attending adults can have a paper emergency contact list while on the outing.

@JoeMcKinley are you seeing the same bugs when accessing the report from the legacy scoutbook calendar? Or just the IA side?

Both.

… need 20 characters…so adding useless statements…

We’ll get it to the developers. Thanks for reporting it.

@JoeMcKinley 20 characters is why I always start with @name

@JoeMcKinley few questions:

Are all of your scouts assigned a patrol?

What sort by are you using?

Is your troop admin active and shows “2 keys” on your profile in the roster?

Is this a multiple unit event and are you admin in EACH unit?

What browser and operating system are you using (this is for pdf formatting as we can’t replicate that one)?

At the bottom of the report is a ref: please reply with that.

@JoeMcKinley I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green envelope > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

The information is unavailable. Try again or report this to the forums (100)

Why can’t I access an RSVP report for anything?
