Logged out and relogged in. Same Error.

Microsoft Edge

@MarjorieMcLean - have you tried an incognito session as the report is working for me.

@MarjorieMcLean

I found some strange things with positions on your Scoutbook account. I have closed several open troop memberships that were missing position codes which I believe was confusing the system. Please log out then log back in and try again.

Thanks. The in private edge session worked for the report.

Also, while in “in private/incognito”
1.The report has all the yes RSVPs, but does have a yellow box stating:
The user does not have sufficient permissions to include all respondents.

  1. In the “Troop Roster” I can select and see scouts and my own profile, but when I select another leader in the Roster the error says: Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.

Please go to Scoutbook Bugs - Scouting Forums to report this issue.

I’m a Troop Admin and Advancement Chair

Ok, logged in and out. In-Private let me pull up the report, but I noted a couple other issues: report says I don’t have permissions to see all and troop roster has a whoops error when selecting other leaders.

The whoops error in legacy Scoutbook is known. If you refresh the page it will show you the data.

To fix the permission error in legacy Scoutbook, go to the Troop roster. Click on your name then your positions. Edit the Troop Admin role and click Update without making any changes. This should fix any missing connections to youth. Note this will NOT work by click on your permissions from your dashboard page, only the troop roster page.

Thanks, tried the refresh. The report still says insufficient permissions to include all respondents, but all 10 scouts are listed–so not sure.

The Roster whoops happens on leaders and not on scouts, inconsistently will show a leader info, then whoops.

Thanks for your assistance. Have what I need for today. :slight_smile:

@MarjorieMcLean
Can you provide the Ref: number at the bottom of any RSVP report where you are getting the message below?

@MarjorieMcLean does the Report have a REF # at bottom?

@MarjorieMcLean

We have been told an issue that caused the error message you saw has been fixed. Can you try your RSVP report again and let us know if it is now working as expected?

The message is now gone, so looks like that worked. Thanks.
