yesterday i was getting the “…does not have permission” message and no one showed up on report, now i am still getting this, but…

i only checked “yes” responses and sort by last name and the scouts worked but it keeps giving me all adults with their various responses and i only want yes people. this worked fine in the past and i never got the permission issue banner

Have you tried forcing a hard refresh of the browser on the reports page before generating the report? SB+ tends to cache stuff locally that can impact how the reports (among other things) execute. I often find that forcing a refresh resolves an issue that I’m still seeing, but has supposedly been fixed.

It’s usually Shift + refresh, I believe.

There is a known issue with the RSVP producing this error message. Watch the Change Log for an update.

the message went away, but the problem of showing all adult responses (yes/ no/ maybe) in the report even though i checked to give me YES only, is still there.

i just want a roster report of people who said yes. this was not an issue in the past

i just ran again and now all parents say no reply or not invited even when in the expanded RSVP chart on the event, 8 adults are clearly marked as yes with green check mark
