BSA ID recently took the new refresher class, SCO_3016, but it isn’t being reported in my.Scouting.

I see in the DB where you completed SCO_3016 on 4/16/26 but Y01 was not updated. You will need to contact your Council for assistance.
@JeremyGinsberg Has this user taken the full 90 minute Safeguarding Youth Training course? The refresher course will not record until the full version has been taken.
I looked at the record again and what was completed on 1/27/25 was the old YPT. That was before SYT became available. The full SYT course needs to be taken. The full SYT is SCO_3014
The Y01 on this course seems eradicate - I never showed the course number but only Y01 - others had the course number and a few days later got Y01
Feel like I’ve taken the new 90 minute training last year… who would the refresher apply to at this point otherwise?
Just for reference… I took the new training last year. I was able to take the refresher last night and when I checked in 1 hr, it was showing me current.
@Matt.Johnson - Curious, when did you take the new training last year?
@JeremyGinsberg simplest answer is usually correct - there is no record of you taking SCO_3014 - so there is no National record of you taking it.
May when it came out.
