Hello, in Scoutbook, many of our scouts are double listed. One entry has them in a patrol and another entry has them unassigned. How can this be fixed?
@AdamHuck- take a look at the membership section of the scouts in scoutbook.scouting.org and see if there are duplicate current memberships if so you can end the duplicates
When I view the troop roster, I notice that 10 students are listed twice. When I click on each duplicated name, it directs me to the same scout information. For example, there are two listings for “Joe Smith” and when I click on each instance of Joe Smith, it goes to that scouts information. How do I end the duplicates?
@AdamHuck stephen gave good instructions. Look at Legacy SB and see if the scouts have 2 memberships in the unit - just end one
@AdamHuck Most likely, they have a patrol membership and a troop membership in Scoutbook (legacy). If the Scout is supposed to be in a patrol, then put an end date on the troop membership.
@JenniferOlinger Thank you. That made sense and worked.
