SB Account for Transfer Between Troops and Council

Hi! Looking for help with a transfer for my son:

Scout transferring between troops and councils. The application was accepted last week but his SB account still shows the old troop in Baltimore.

Member ID in old council (Baltimore): 137366934
Member ID in new council (National Capital Area): 134784794

His Scoutbook ID is: 11997136
