My son is trying to transfer council and troops. We’ve encountered endless frustration transferring from the Transatlantic Council to the Green Mountain Council.
He was a member of Troop 0164, Sembach Army Post, Germany, Transatlantic Council BSA.
BSA Member ID 13691434 and SB User ID: 11605785.
Matthias has been a member for the past year and is trying to join:

After failed attempts to transfer, I submitted a new application. My son now has a blank scout book. I have no way to print a report of my son’s progress.
The new member id issued was: 141280326.
We are all at a loss at this point. At minimum, I really would like a print-out report to update information. He has lost all record of progress in an attempt to transfer him into a new unit and council
