The SB+ calendar stops working while in the middle of creating a new event. I cleared the cache, I used Google chrome and used the Internet advancement app. This is the error message, “You have encountered a problem with this feature. Please clear your cache and try again. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact your council.”
@MichaelBenaitis- i would clear cache and cookies. Additionally try an incognito session. Beyond that there is no internet advancement app.
@MichaelBenaitis when exactly does it crash - what action are you taking?
@MichaelBenaitis - i just did a test event on my pc and had no issues and was able edit and then delete it. This seems like an issue local to you pc.
When I click to select the next field or to check a box. No particular box or field. I tried a couple times to see if it was a particular one.
Sometimes when I have to clear cache, I have to manually go in and clear all of the cached data. I think the default in Chrome is to only clear data an hour or less old. You might have to clear cache for all time.
I used a different computer and had the same issue. I tried in incognito mode and it worked. I’ll try cleaning the history and cache again. Thank you for your help.
The other thing that sometimes changes in incognito vs “normal” is which plugins are active. Maybe take a look and see if there are plugins that might be interfering (if re-clearing cache in normal window doesn’t get things working)?
