SB+ Scout belt loops not showing on needs purchase/award reports

I recorded advancement in Scoutbook Plus today for many scouts, specifically Summertime Fun and shooting sports awards. All of the belt loops showed up on the “advancements” tab (“To Purchase” and “To Award” screens) EXCEPT those for one scout. She doesn’t show up in the “Awarded” or “History” screens either - it’s like this one scout is invisible in the eyes of this whole feature.

This scout (ID 141040309) is currently active, and I was able to record advancement for her. I can go into her Youth Profile and mark each belt loop as awarded. But I am concerned about her not showing up on the advancement reports because it increases the likelihood of making mistakes, and it seems like a bug somewhere.

Our unit is GLAAC, Pacifica District, Pack 234. Thanks!

@ScottKlempner - what is the scouts membership status in my.scouting.org ? This will happen if they are in the lapse period of their membership.

That explains it. She’s Eligible to Renew with a date of 8/31/2025. All of my other eligibles have until 9/30, so I missed her. Thanks for explaining it.

That said, it seems like the ability to enter advancement and showing up on advancement reports should behave the same with respect to scout renewal status. But I should be all set with this scout.

It is a known issue that Scouts who are lapsed are not appearing on the To tabs.
