Scouts Missing from To Award

I’m the Cubmaster and Scoutbook unit admin.

When I go to Reports → Pack Recognition Report, it correctly shows the 28 scouts with adventures approved who need to be awarded.

When I go to Roster → Advancements → To Award, it only shows 24 of the scouts. I am attempting to mark the scouts who received their awards yesterday.

The missing scouts are:

  • 140468785
  • 14294794
  • 140551282
  • 141092373

Please advise.

The registration for these Scouts expired 8/31/25. There is a known issue with some reports and Scouts that are in the renewal grace period. Once their registrations have been renewed, I expect them to appear on the To reports.

Sorry, I’m not quite following. The Pack Recognition Report is fine. The “to award” feature has the issue. Is the “To Award” feature the one impacted by the registration expiration date?
