We had a Court of Honor tonight so I went in to mark things as awarded for those who were in attendance. I initially picked “all” then started unchecking items for the 2 Scouts unable to make it. One of those Scouts was missing from the list of “to be awarded” so if had been there I couldn’t have marked his items as awarded.
If I go into the individual merit badges for him they aren’t marked as having been awarded.
Is this a known problem?
Are some of the Scouts lapsed? There is a known issue where they will not show up on the To reports.
Also check the award to see if it is already marked awarded.
As mentioned above I’ve checked and they aren’t already marked as awarded. He does expire today, so maybe that’s it. (This having to chase parents all year long as various folks expire at different times is exhausting but that’s a whole different rant).
I suspect this Scout is affected by the lapse issue. The developers are aware.
