An adult (ID 141280869) associated with a scout in our troop is unable to login to my.scouting.org and also unable to recover username/password. When trying to recover username they receive an error message that the answers submitted did not match those in our database - but the answers do appear accurate and user does not know alternate options that would be on the account to access/reset the login information. Thank you for your help!
That adult has selected Google Login for their account. She needs to click the Google Login button to log in to all Scouting America systems. Note the gmail account appears to belong to the Scout based on the e-mail address.
Thank you for quick response! This was discovered by adult shortly after I posted. But as always, appreciate the constant monitoring and quick response of admins.
