Hi, I am having issues in updating advancement for 2 scouts. for one the completion date of the merit badge requirement is after the BoR which is incorrect and it doesnt allow us to change. Is there a way i can correct it? For the other, all merit badges are earned but it gives an error that required merit badges arent completed. I’m unable to figure out how to approve these advancements given the error
@NidhiPalta #1 - If you mean the date is wrong after the MB was used for a Star/Life Rank MB Requirement - that is cause Star/Life locked the date of MB. You would have to Unapprove Star/Life to change it - BUT I cannot think of a reason it would matter.

Thanks for the quick response and clarification on #2.
Regarding #1, the merit badges were completed in 2024 but the requirement complete date shows as 8/27 (I’m not sure who has approved it as this person is not a part of our troop. not sure if this was done from the backend as a part of transition to scoutbook plus). This date is a month after the BOR and hence its not allowing me to mark final approval for the rank as 7/31. I’m unable to edit the date here. Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Oh. so will we just have to wait for a resolution to both?
That is the easiest solution - if needed council can put in a final date for ranks
