My Scout’s advancement has disappeared. I think it’s because I accidentally duplicated his profile and the one that is appearing is the new one with none of his previous advancement history. His BSA # is 12972558 and the User ID for the new profile is 2459626 (I don’t know what the old User ID would be). I have no idea what to do.
This is fixed.
The Scout is not registered or your charter is not done - that needs to be investigated
