Scout applied to join our pack in July, still not showing up on Scoutbook

I have a scout who joined our pack in July. Our scoutmaster just passed me his application and it shows current status as completed. Yet Scoutbook doesn’t show him in our pack. Where do I go to get him added to our pack? I was going to try the “add scout” functionality but I remember something about not doing that for scouts who are already registered.

His Member ID is 140277472 and his parent ID is 140277468
