With the Is Current NO - it seems like it has not been approved - do you have it set to auto-approve all scouts in my.scouting.org?
The Is Current = No usually means that the the application was just approved today, and you need to wait for the membership sync to run.
that is true also it takes several hours and only happens twice a day

No. I do not have it set for auto approval. I did approve this one.

Application was approved on aug 23rd. Usually I have access on midnight refresh. I have been checking every morning. I can wait till in the morning and recheck

yeah if scout does not appear at my.scouting.org or scoutbook - next step is to talk to council for help

Sigh… mystery solved. I thought I had approved last Thursday, but I had not. Went back into My.scouting.org and saw my CC actually approved it 7:45 this AM. So there has not been a refresh. It appears to be an ID10T error. Sorry for wasting your time. It should show up at midnight tonight.

Yeah that is why I like the Auto for Scouts - it is not like I want to turn one away - good though
Check with your council. It can sometimes take a while for it to show up in Scoutbook.
