My Advancement Coordinator, was working on approving awards for our Cub Scouts, and found that they could not approve their own child, but could approve all others. I was able to approve the awards, and mark as awarded the ones that had not been from the last round. What we discovered was that they were not working in Scoutbook plus/ internet advancement from the perspective of Advancement Coordinator, just from the Parents perspective, so not being able to approve makes sense. However it doesn’t make sense that they were able to approve other scouts when in that perspective.
@RobertWillhelm if using Approving for the unit together - Legacy Scoutbook and Needs Approval is better for that as it does not function yet in Scoutbook.+
Advancement Coordinator was going through each scout in Scoutbook +, I just looked in Legacy Scoutbook, it still indicates that the ones that are approved still need to be approved.
