I have tried on multiple devices to access advancement so I can enter some updates and we keep getting this error message: WHoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request. Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!
@MaxwellZhiss Assuming you are a scout, this is a known bug that was introduced with the rank updates on August 1. The developers are aware, but I do not know when it will be fixed.
The workaround is to have your parent or an adult leader enter them for you.
Thank you. Hopefully they will fix it soon. I like typing my answers directly into Scoutbook so my parents and advancement chair can all see.
