Cannot add advancements

Hello,
I am the Pack Admin on Scoutbook and Cubmaster. My positions are approved and I have confirmed that I have full admin access to my Scouts. Scoutbook will not allow me mark advancements complete.

When I try to click on the check box for an individual requirement on a scout, I am sent back to the dashboard page.
When I try to do a quick add, it says that I do not have advancement permission for any scouts in my pack.
I can award the rank via the % completion, but the individual requirements remain unchecked

This has been going on for weeks. So far I have tried the following:

  • Using Chrome, Edge, and Safari
  • Clearing my cache from each browser
  • Removing all old connections in scoutbook
  • Double checking that I have the green checkmark next to my name/position

@KarenJakacki_Gonzale - are all of the scouts in their proper dens in scoutbook?

@KarenJakacki_Gonzale I think your admin role might need a reset - Go to unit Roster > Click your name > click Admin > click Update - that should solve it
