Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

Good morning, need assistance in adding connection to one of our Tiger Scouts Member ID: 142131198

It’s for his grandfather, I have sent an invitation through Scoutbook Legacy and initiated through Scoutbook Plus, however, when the he uses the login he received from the email, he gets an “Invalid” error. His Member ID is: 142153392

@carlakrager- DO NOT use legacy scoutbook for adding relationships. It is all in scoutbook plus now

I have added through Scoutbook Plus, will you be able to tell me the login information he can use? Like is it by entering email address or by using Google Login?

@carlakrager- if they created the member id then it should be the credentials used for my.scouting.org

I get that. The grandfather just can’t remember if he logged in using the email address or used Google login option. That’s why I’m wondering if there’s a way to see that in the backend.

The grandfather should log in with the Google Login button. There was an issue with this Member ID on his my.scouting.org ID which I have fixed.
