Continuing the discussion from More problems:

Our Assistant Cubmaster Member ID 10656387 can login to my.scouting.org with his Gmail account BUT when he tries to login into Scoutbook he gets an error message “can’t find a Scoutbook profile linked to this Gmail.”

@KeithSmith4 check the BSA # please - that is not the correct one I think

The Member ID number on BOTH my.scouting and Scoutbook are the same 10656387. A couple years ago no issue. Just recently issue.
