Scout dropped from Troop Roster

Within the past three weeks, we had a scout dropped (for reasons unknown) from our troop roster. While trouble shooting, our scoutmaster was able to ‘connect’ to the scout as a merit badge counselor. Thus the scout is in Scoutbook. Odd thing was the scout is tagged as being with our troop. Not sure why then, the scout is not on our roster

We also checked my.scouting.org and everything appears to be okay

Some type of link must have broken. Any assistance would be appreciated. I have reached to our Council and have not heard back.
