We recently added a fair number of scouts joining our pack from another pack. It appears that all but one of those scouts disappeared from my roster in the last week. That scout has an exclamation point next to them saying they aren’t associated with a unit roster in my.scouting - could that have been the issue for everyone? Scoutbook was our main method of communication, so I’m not sure how to communicate with those parents.
@MitchCaley Have a key 3 check my.scouting.org - that is official roster. I think they never officially joined your pack
That seems likely. I’ll have the old cubmaster check their roster and transfer them from my.scouting
If same council you can do from SB Roster - In-Council Transfer button
That only works if they are currently registered somewhere in council.
