this scout has a second account under id: 14931178.
The first is the account with all of the troop advancements, and we’d like to have the second moved into the first. Thanks!

yes, the scout is registered in a troop, crew, and an out of council troop.
The scout is having difficulty with logging into scoutbook, it is only showing the scout the crew advancements but none of the troop advancements from the troop in council 690.
Oh forgot about this one. Well Scoutbook only supports one BSA # per user. So the Scout needs to choose to either:
have 2 Scoutbook users - each only showing what is under each BSA # (where advancement will also be isolated). Then the Scout can use my.scouting / manage member ID to switch between the 2 accounts.
Or have one SB User, and the units work together to run advancement on one of the BSA #s.
