We have a parent that has their scout having duplicate scout accounts

ID: 13949716 , This is the one that is actually on our Roster.

Please merge these two records and then delete the 13420437 one.

I merged the Scoutbook accounts. Please check his den assignment to make sure it is correct.

We cannot delete BSA member IDs. The 13420437 number was from his previous council.

So we just leave that account to exist as a duplicate?

It is fixed for you if you look - the other BSA # is a membership record from a different council
