Cub scout in Scoutbook twice with two different IDs

I have a scout who has two IDs:

13993131 and 14033707

Can you please merge them into one?

@JenniferEisenberger This Scout does have 2 BSA member numbers, but I only see one of them in Scoutbook. Where are you seeing them (which page in Scoutbook)?

I think his Mom saw them, she is trying to get her Scoutbook access set up.

I just went in and only see 14033707

@JenniferEisenberger The Mom has Google sign in turned on, so she should sign in with her Google name and Google password.
