Is there a way to create a report that would include scout emails? My local OA lodge needs them, and it is to tedious to look them up individually in SB.
No. The system is intentionally (i.e. by BSA directive) not able to generate a list of scout emails as part of a report.
I wish that this could happen for one of the Key 3 leaders.
All you can do is request your council advocate for such a report by opening a ticket with BSA Member Care.
As Charley stated, the directive from the BSA is that youth e-mail addresses not be provided to volunteers. Only the BSA can change this policy and it won’t happen by requests via the forums.
