Scout Gone from ScoutBook

I have a Scout Roarke H who is part of Troop 60, Senior Patrol, Lenape Trail District, Northern NJ Council but has just disappeared. Can you add him back in. His membership ID is 14815302. Thank you very much Jeff Goldsmith Troop 60 CC

How do I do reset the roster?

@JeffreyGoldsmith - in advancements.scouting.org in the bar above the names you should see the word filter click on it and there should be red text that says reset filters

Did that but he still does not appear on ScoutBook. I am guessing his connection to the troop was accidentally removed. Thanks again Stephen!

@JeffreyGoldsmith were you in Legacy today - you ended the scouts membership today - I will set a 24 hour sync for the scout.

Thanks I was trying to move his patrol to Senior Patrol and may have accidentally did something else.

@JeffreyGoldsmith the ONLY reason to even go to Legacy is to send messages with attachments - STAY in SB+ now and limit your problems.
