Scoutbook User Cannot Access; Multiple Member Numbers

We have a scoutbook user in our troop that seems to have two member ids. In scoutbook, it shows his member id as 103521799, but in my.scouting his member id is 122427184. He is able to log in with his id, but we think because the member ids are different it won’t let him see our troop. If you reach out to me privately, I can give you more information.

This should be fixed now.

The user should log in with his my.scouting username that looks like:

TLastname
