Scout has two accounts in Scoutbook

Good morning! Our troop has a Scout with two Scoutbook accounts. Is it possible to merge them?

Here are the account numbers:

Scout member ID:133607451
Scout user ID: 11775934

Cub member ID: 13713114
Cub user ID: 6573936

The boy’s father notes, too, that the content in his Cub account has been deleted. I don’t know if it’s possible for you to recover that?

This is fixed @MichelleBlake - Cub Stuff is still there it is just not visible when not in a pack
