In my Troop 439B in Suffolk County Council Trailblaze district, we have a scout with member ID 131845758 who is showing 2 parent connections. The second connection “Joshua Benitez” is not his parent but I can’t uncheck the Parent/Guardian connection in Modify Connection page and I cannot remove Permissions (he should have non for this scout).
You will need to ask someone at your council office to remove the extra parent connection.
Council has tried multiple times and cannot do it.
Your Council needs to use Volunteer Support Tools (VST) to remove the connection. If they can’t figure out how to do this, they can open a ticket with BSA IT for assistance.
