I have a Scout whose parents have given him access to login. It was all going fine for him until I gave him access to take attendance and such - then suddenly he can’t see anything on Scoutbook. Now I’ve taken that access back away to try to help and he can’t log in at all. Can someone please help? He’s happy to somehow get completely disconnected from Scoutbook and have his parents give him access again, we just don’t know how.

is the scout trying to use email as user name? Or the username they established on their last log in?
it looks like they are logging into the Scouting app just fine
I am not sure what is going on. He says he cannot log in. It’s an ongoing issue that I’ve given him multiple solutions for that have not worked. He really needs access.

Has he tried resetting his password at my.scouting? He should be able to use the chatbot (“Betty”) in the lower right corner.
