Need to Add Scouts back to Scoutbook

At the beginning of the year a parent said her sons were dropping out, so I removed them from Scoutbook. Now they want to participate again. They are still in our roster, but not in Scoutbook. Can i re-add them somehow? Their member IDs are 13977941 and 13730732. We’re Pack 873 in NCAC.
