My wife/the scouts mother– who is also the troop advancement coordinator should have global access, not just parent access–can’t add myself or herself to our scout’s scoutbook plus. Two orange popups appear indicating she doesn’t have permission. Account numbers are correct–we don’t have any duplicate account numbers.
@DustinGrimes Your wife appears to be set up correctly and has the parent / child “relationship” to 2 children.
You have the parent / child “relationship” to one child, but not to C. Please ask your wife to try logging in again to Scoutbook Plus. If she is able to log in to Scoutbook Plus, ask her to go to C’s profile, then next to “Relationships”, click on the “+” button, and invite you there.

Thanks for your quick reply. She tried, getting the two orange pop up warning indicating she didn’t have permission.

@DustinGrimes- i think that she has to change the dropdown in the upper right to her parent role rather than the UAC role to add you as a relationship
