Had a previous issue with duplicate BSA ID’s for one scout. It was fixed, but now the scout is officially dropped off of our Scoutbook roster. He is still on our actual roster at my.scouting.org. BSA ID is 133108157. Any ideas or help would be appreciated to resolve this and reduce risk of this happening in the future. Thank you so much!
@TiffanyBeffel - are you touching any records for the scout in scoutbook.scouting.org such as membership, POR or patrols ?
@TiffanyBeffel this scout was part of a known bug - I setup a 24 hour sync to get them back
Thank you both. We are on Scoutbook Plus but I checked both just to make sure. I sincerely appreciate the help.
