Scout Now Missing from Scoutbook

Referring a previous post and response from Jennifer Olinger below. Scout BSA ID 140134513 is now completely gone from our Scoutbook Plus roster. How can we get him back in?

This Scout had a troop membership and also a patrol membership. I have ended the troop membership.

@TiffanyBeffel that scout looks to be part of a larger bug - I set a 24 hour sync to get them back
