I have a Scout whose registration expired on November 30, 2024 (just over 3 months ago, which is likely relevant). After much prodding, the parent finally submitted the renewal form online and online payment on Feb 20, 2025 (exactly 3 months from expiration).
For several days, My.Scouting was showing this Scout as:
Registration Status : Re-Registered
Renewal Order Status: Submitted
Renewal Status: Eligible to Renew
I assumed the “Submitted” part meant that it was submitted but needed to go through some approval, since it was after expiration. But today I went into the Roster in My.Scouting to check the progress, and the Scout is no longer listed in my Roster. He is still listed in Scoutbook, but not in My.Scouting’s Roster.
What do I do?
Here’s what it looked like on the 26th. The Scout in question is the Third Grader.
But now on the 28th, there is no such Scout in my My.Scouting Roster.
