Youth Scout 136893630 is on our My.Scouting roster of our Pathway to Adventure Council troop. He has disappeared from our Scoutbook Plus roster. I’d like to get him reconnected. Please advise. Thank you!
@BlairWaring The Scout is on the troop’s roster in the Thunder Chickens Patrol.
Try resetting the filter on the Roster in Scoutbook Plus (Show → Reset Filters).
I tried resetting the filter and he’s still not showing.

I can filter them by patrol and he is still not listed in the Thunder Chickens patrol.
@BlairWaring - can you try an incognito session to rule out any browser add-ins.
@BlairWaring when you say they disappeared - you have a time frame on that? Do all leaders not see the scouts or just you? I can setup a screenshare to take a look
The other leaders do not see him on Scoutbook Plus. This all began on 9/16/26 when I contacted our council office to link a second parent to said Scout and his brother. In doing so, the missing Scout was inadvertently linked as a parent to his brother. When that was corrected, he disappeared from Scoutbook Plus.
OK??? I setup a 24 hour sync - lets see if that catches something we cannot see. @BlairWaring check in the morning
